Homegoing

A piece about one’s relationship to family, history, and the color blue

Homegoing is a new contemporary musical that explores identity politics within the Leevey Family. With a score that features the music of the African-American Diaspora, set in modern day South Carolina, The family learns that home is not only where you come from but where you've been, and how that makes you who you are.
